Nancy Gaines

Nancy is a native Californian who was born and raised in Berkeley. She was drawn to the beautiful clear waters of Lake Tahoe and the North Shore by her love of rowing and kayaking; as well as her enjoyment of hiking and skiing in the woods with her dogs. Nancy is a licensed real estate broker in California and a licensed real estate agent in Nevada. This enables her to provide real estate services throughout the Lake Tahoe region and the Reno/Sparks area. Nancy has experience in various aspects of real estate including sales, appraisal, and accounting. Prior to moving to Lake Tahoe, Nancy spent the better part of 20 years in corporate finance in the San Francisco Bay Area and the Silicon Valley working as an employee and consultant for start ups in industries ranging from health clubs to high tech. She received her MBA from Golden Gate University and her undergraduate degree from Humboldt State University, which is where she first began her education in real estate.
