Meet the Team

Joe Warner

Joe is a native of Pennsylvania, he served as a volunteer firefighter for 17 years and was on the Board of Trustees of the fire department. He also was a member of the Society for the Preservation of Barbershop Quartet Singing in America.

Joe was a resident in the Bay Area for 24 years and was employed as a project manger for an investment company. His job was to oversee building projects from single and multi-family residences, Public Works projects such as schools, churches and shopping centers.

He is licensed as a California General Contractor. Joe was also an experienced certified Enviromental Field Hygenist working with molds, asbestos and lead.

He served 6 years in the Navy and is a veteran of the Vietnam Conflict, his unit was awarded a Presidental Unit Commendation Medal for their efforts in the war. Joe enjoys fishing, boating, watching Nascar racing and going to football games.

His marketing focus will be on the town of Truckee, in the River Redevelopment area, Chinatown, the Ponderosa Golf course area and the River townhomes.
